1/4 pineapple (sliced and grilled)
2 cups cilantro leaves
2 cups parsley leaves
1/4 cup red onion roughly chopped
1/2 garlic clove
1/2 jalapeño (grilled)
1 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Yields: 2 cups
1. After washing, prepping and grilling ingredients, blend and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
This simple recipe goes really well with grilled salmon, or grilled chicken.
