The DJ Cookbook celebrated the 7th edition of our dinner series at the Soho Beach House in Miami on a tropical late December evening with two of Venezuela’s most prized musical and culinary exports. Chef Carlos García and DJ David Rondón united forces to showcase Venezuelan innovation and talent through nostalgia and respect for the flavors and sounds of this nation at war.
The sixth edition of the DJ Cookbook dinner series was hosted by two of Miami’s best-known personalities. The legendary Arthur Baker, forefather of Miami freestyle, and Giorgio Rapicavoli of the infamous pop-up Eating House. The event took place at Soho Beach House to kick off Miami Music week 2017.
On the eve of Valentine’s Day, Andrea Lubrano and Eli Goldstein hosted one of their signature DJ Cookbook Dinners at Black Flamingo, but this time it was personal. In lieu of special guests for chef and DJ, Andrea and Eli cooked and curated themselves, honoring not only the holiday for affection but their 5-year wedding anniversary as well.
