Bauarbeiter der Liebe’s Endive Orange and Tomato Salad

German trio Bauarbeiter der Liebe share their simple and yummy endive orange and tomato salad.

Yields: 2 large dinner portions 4 smaller starter portions

INGREDIENTS:

3 white endive or chicory
1 orange
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp of sesame oil
4 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP sweet mustard
Bread and butter of choice

STEPS:

1. Wash vegetables, peel oranges and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Stir in the oils, soy sauce and sweet mustard directly and serve immediately with buttered bread if desired.
