I’m Kitsta, a London-based DJ, Producer, Label Head, and I really bloody love cooking. My favorite type of food to replenish my minerals after a weekend of DJing and partying is something green but comforting. My pea and mint gnocchi does the trick with a lovely creamy green base and a slight kick from the chili. You can add more vegetables to it. I often go for green beans or mushrooms, or it’s great on its own.
Servings/Yield: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
200g frozen peas
20g fresh mint
400g gnocchi
2 heaped tablespoons of creme fraiche
1 or half a red chili (depending on spice level)
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
2 slices of prosciutto or parma ham
Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
