Armi de tomat is a typical old school Sephardic Jewish dish. It's tomato based and has its flavor mostly from parsley and pepper. It is very easy to make yet very tasty. You can have it as a starter or as a side dish with your meat or tofu. And like some of the Sephardic dishes it gets its texture from accompanying it with rice. Without further ado.
